Nicosia, Cyprus

The program for this project was an office space for 2 structural engineers, a secretary work space, a conference room, seminar room & waiting area. The client purchased
an empty shell that was still under construction when I began the project. The concept was to have a central core within the space which would house storage, the kitchen and the bathroom. All other spaces are separated by glass walls and are defined by a colour. I was responsible for all aspects of the project: the design, construction oversight, electrical & mechanical drawings, materials, design of the built-in furniture, lighting design, choice of all the furniture down to the smallest detail.
